Ms. Robinson’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, consulting in high stakes litigation, mock trials, and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Robinson joins Farnan LLP after her 25-year tenure as a United States District Judge for the District of Delaware. She is the recipient of numerous awards and holds a number of distinctions, notably serving as the first woman Chief Judge for the District of Delaware and only the second woman appointed as a district judge in Delaware. She was selected to serve on several judicial committees of the U.S. Courts, including the Judicial Conference of the United States. She is also a member of the American Law Institute.
During her tenure on the bench, Ms. Robinson presided over an extraordinary number of complex trials, including the billion dollar stent litigation, the trademark infringement litigation of Nexium, and numerous anti-trust cases, to name a few. Ms. Robinson issued over 3,000 decisions as a United States District Judge.
Prior to her appointment to the bench, Ms. Robinson served as an Assistant United States Attorney and the United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Delaware.
